Events
Scouts are encouraged to be an active participant in their home parish. Scouts should give cheerful service to those around them.
The Indianapolis Catholic Committee on Scouting offers an annual retreat, as well as the annual awards ceremony at
SS. Peter and Paul Cathedral.

Celebrate BSA's anniversary (some parishes may combine with
Girl Scouting) with those in your home parish by:

Present blessed religious awards to Cub Scouts and Brownies

Recognize older Scouts earning religious awards at SS. Peter and Paul

Wear special neckerchiefs or slides to commemorate the event

Conduct a service project for the Catholic chartering partner

Prepare a display of your unit's activities in recent history

Provide uniformed service during mass as hospitality, lectors, cantors, or servers
